Our Client, one of the world’s leading independent financial advisory groups, is looking for a Relationship Manager on the Italian Desk for their entity in Monaco. Present in Monaco as one of the world's premier hubs for wealth and luxury, they’re catering for the needs of the wealthy individuals and families.
Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised support;
Approach potential customers to establish relationships, develop own network of HNWI and UHNWI;
Handle the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a smooth transition and introduction to the brand’s products or services;
Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience;
You contribute to the development of profitability and the evolution of your bank's value proposition;
Promptly and effectively address client issues by coordinating with internal teams;
Know market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead.
Degree in Finance or Business Administration or similar field (ideally with a post-graduate qualification such as CFA or CWMA);
Proven experience as a RM or CRM of at least 10 years;
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices;
Experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
Problem-solving attitude;
Excellent communication skills;
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships;
Teamwork and leadership skills;
Fluency in English and Italian (other language is an advantage).
